1. Pool Cleaning: Clean the pool of sewage, construction waste, and other debris to create favorable construction conditions for equipment installation.
2. Equipment Positioning: After the inlet pipe end flange is installed, ensure the support points of the inlet pipe and connecting pipes are secure. Place the equipment on the pipe end flange, adjust and correct the equipment's level. The horizontal error between nozzles should not exceed 3mm, and the horizontal error between the centers of the nozzles of multiple jet aerators with the same air source in the same pool should not exceed 10mm.
3. Equipment Installation:
First, connect the equipment's inlet flange to the inlet pipe. Next, connect the equipment's air inlet flange to the air inlet pipe. The principle for installing bolts in groups on the same fastener is: crosswise, symmetrical, and progressively tightened. When the installation height (the height of the nozzle center from the pool bottom) is ≥1000mm, the support rod should be fixed with diagonal bracing to prevent the equipment from shaking or vibrating during operation.
External Pipe Installation Requirements:
1. Air Supply Pipe: The air supply pipe should be supported and securely fixed to prevent the equipment from being subjected to heavy pressure.
2. Circulating Water Pipes: Circulating water pipes should also be securely supported and fixed.
3. After each piece of equipment is installed, the welds and support points of the connecting pipes must be strictly checked for firmness.
Precautions:
1. The fluid medium in this equipment is made of PP material, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. However, because this equipment needs to operate continuously under air-water contact conditions year-round, the influent medium should contain as little or no hard solids as possible to extend the service life of the equipment.
2. A 5-10 mesh pipe filter should be installed on the influent pipe of the jet aerator circulating pump to prevent large impurities from clogging the jet aerator.
3. When the circulating pump is installed above the liquid level, the impact of water hammer on the jet aerator should be considered. In this case, a water hammer deflector or a check valve with a water hammer reduction effect should be installed.
4. Under normal use, the jet aerator generally requires no maintenance. However, when the hardness of the wastewater is too high, it will cause scaling inside the equipment, thus affecting product performance. Therefore, when the wastewater hardness is too high, the scaling condition of the equipment should be checked during major overhauls. The scale thickness on the nozzles should not exceed 2mm. Acid washing can be used for descaling; scraping and grinding are prohibited.
